Project participation in "PHILOXENIA”, International Tourism Exhibition organized by HELEXPO in Thessaloniki, Greece on November 8-10, 2019

CI-NOVATEC project participated at the 35th International Tourism Exhibition, PHILOXENIA, on November 8-10, 2019, which is one of the most recognizable brands and the longest-running tourism exhibition of Greece. CI-NOVATEC presented tools that provide visitor Customer Intelligence (CI) while fruitful contacts had been scheduled among the exhibitors.

Tour operators, travel agents, municipalities and the fair audience were informed about the project methodology that will gather the visitor satisfaction among the pilot areas of CI-NOVATEC project.

Participation provides a good opportunity for networking with stakeholders and tour operators in order to strengthen research, technological development, and innovation.
