Enviroνmental Museum of Foloi

The Environmental Museum of Foloi is in a forest near the Loutsa area. The building is made of wood and the surrounding area has been formed by traditional material.

The Museum consists of: a 50-seat room for conventions and for audiovisual viewing, a library, an office and a room where informative pieces about ecology and mythology are exposed.

The purpose of the Information Center is to diplay the unique characteristics of the Foloi forest and the surrounding mountainous area.

The museum is aiming to inform and sensitize the visitors and the local community about topics concerning the natural and cultural environment and to diplay the natural resources of the area.
