In bici sulla via dell'olio
Starting point of the cycling tour is the Albergabici, Casa Cantoniera ANAS and Visitor Center of the Dune Costiere Park, with hospitality service, bike rental and cycling center. From here we will start cycling in the countryside between Ostuni and Fasano along the route of the ancient Via Traiana - Roman road connecting Rome to Brindisi - going back in time, until prehistoric times, with a visit to the Dolmen of Montalbano, while majestic olive trees will guide us to the Masseria Li Santuri. Here we will descend into the tuffaceous subsoil to visit an ancient underground oil mill, splendid testimony of a past of work linked to the gold of this land: olive oil. Limited places.
