Masseria Salinola

In this corner of Puglia, where the Valle d'Itria and the high Salento meet in the district of the masserie, the Masseria Salinola stands in all its splendor, an ancient salt deposit of 1700 surrounded by seven hectares of land intended exclusively for agricultural activity, today a Charming Hotel where centuries-old plants form a choreography of rare beauty.

The careful restoration in compliance with the original canons of white lime and stone interiors, typical of the farms of Salento and Puglia in general, has made it possible to obtain rooms and suites for families equipped with every comfort.

The welcoming typical Apulian restaurant is the ideal place to taste the organic products that the farm of Masseria Salinola produces and transforms into the specialties of our traditional cuisine.

Also in our farm with swimming pool and whirlpool, mountain bikes are available to our guests for walks along the "tratturi" that wind their way around Ostuni, in the countryside between the Itria Valley and Upper Salento.
For our welcome guests we also offer cooking classes in the farm, participation in agricultural activities including the olive harvest in the winter months, and sale of agricultural products.

It is now a consolidated tradition handed down by the generations that preceded our family, that of celebrating Holy Mass during the summer months in our ancient country church, also frequented by the inhabitants who live near the Masseria Salinola.
