Training seminar of the European project CI-NOVATEC "Customer Intelligence for Innovative Tourism Ecosystems” in Kalavryta
A training seminar themed: “The value of customer intelligence in tourism: How knowledge of tourists’ satisfaction affects business decisions” was organized by the Region of Western Greece in Kalavryta on Wednesday 4/12/2019 in Paleologina’s Mansion, in the course of implementation of the CI-NOVATEC – Customer Intelligence for inNOVAtive Tourism ECosystems project, of the Interreg V-Α Greece – Italy programme.

Innovative tourism ecosystems in Puglia: meeting with the stakeholders of the project CI-NOVATEC
In the frame of the project CI-NOVATEC “Customer Intelligence for inNOVAtive Tourism Ecosystems” financed by the CBC Programme INTERREG V-A Greece-Italy 2014/2020, Puglia Region – Department of Tourism, Economy of Culture and Valorization of Territory is developing new techniques and innovative technologies for the collection of data related to the tourist experience to improve the performance of the regional tourism system.

Project participation in "PHILOXENIA”, International Tourism Exhibition organized by HELEXPO in Thessaloniki, Greece on November 8-10, 2019
CI-NOVATEC project participated at the 35th International Tourism Exhibition, PHILOXENIA, on November 8-10, 2019, which is one of the most recognizable brands and the longest-running tourism exhibition of Greece. CI-NOVATEC presented tools that provide visitor Customer Intelligence (CI) while fruitful contacts had been scheduled among the exhibitors.
